Privacy Policy
Last updated August 25, 2026
This policy explains what Max May SEO collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. It applies to maxmayseo.com and to the services provided to clients.
What is collected
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. Nothing is collected automatically when you browse it.
Information is collected only when you provide it directly, by emailing or by becoming a client. That may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any details you choose to share about your business.
How information is used
- To reply to your enquiry
- To provide and manage services you have engaged
- To send operational messages about work in progress
- To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations
Mobile numbers and text messages
Mobile phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing use.
Text messages are sent only to clients and authorised staff who have asked to receive them. They are operational notifications, such as an alert that a new customer enquiry has arrived. No promotional or marketing text messages are sent.
Message frequency varies and depends on activity in your account. In typical use this is a small number of messages per day, and there may be days with none at all.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. You can also ask to be removed by email at any time.
Who information is shared with
Information is not sold. It is shared only with service providers used to operate the business, and only to the extent needed to do the work. These currently include hosting, email, analytics platforms used on client accounts, and messaging providers.
Information may also be disclosed if required by law.
Client data
Where access is granted to a client's website, analytics, advertising, or business profile accounts, that access is used solely to perform agreed work. Client account data is not shared with other clients and is not used for any other purpose. Access can be revoked by the client at any time.
Retention
Correspondence and business records are kept for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal and tax requirements, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and it will be handled.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls on third-party accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
These services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. Information is not knowingly collected from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated.
